Short-term stay

Short-term visa is for you to participate the activities of sightseeing, business related meetings or visit your family in Japan.
These temporary visitors are allowed to stay in Japan up to 60-90 days(Duration of stay differs depending on the visa applicant's nationality) but not allowed to engage in any remunerated or paid activities.

Short-term visa is generally easy to obtain if you have a sufficient fund to travel and a round trip ticket to visit Japan.
However if you are certain citizen of China or Philippines, you will need to prepare supporting document that can indicate your identity. (Letter of Guarantee)
Unlike the other visa application processes, you will need to apply for a short-term visa in advance at the Japanese embassy or consulate at your country.

If you are living in Japan and wish to bring your relatives and acquaintances or your employees and business partner with a short-term stay visa, you may need to prepare necessary documents and send them to the visa applicant by post.

Hiring and employing of foreign workers

If you intend to employ a foreign person from outside of Japan, you will be required to submit certain documents. To facilitate the application process, we are here to help your future employees with collecting and preparing required documents on their behalf.
-If your future employees are already in Japan and hold a valid residence status, the applicant need to apply for a change of status of residence.
-If you are bringing workers to Japan, the applicants need to obtain a certificate of eligibility to make sure that they legally have the right to work in Japan.

We also offer business consulting service and have cooperated with a social insurance and labor organization which provides a service to prepare a labor contract, employment agreement and other labor related documents at once.
