different types of working visas which vary according to the job you intend to do.

Types of procedures
Once you have chosen the type of visa that best suit your case, you need to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility.
Application process varies depending on your needs.
1Application for certification of eligibility
If you are married to a Japanese national or wish to hire a foreign national to work in Japan.
2Application for change of status of residence
For those who are already resident in Japan and wish to change your visa status.
For example, if you are divorced or bereaved with your Japanese spouse or if you obtain a student visa and start working
in Japan after finishing your academic course.
(Ex. Student visa→ International services visa, Spouse of a Japanese national→ Permanent resident)
3Application for permanent residence
If you have been living in Japan for more than 10 years and wish to obtain a permanent residency or buy a real estate property in Japan.
4Application for extension of period of stay
To apply an extension of stay, you will need application for change of status residence.

2.Make an appointment
We will schedule an appointment for an interview.
3.Visa applicant Interview
We will meet in person and help you find the best visa to apply for.
∗Please bring your passport and residence card for your visa interview.
4.Collect documents
We will collect all the required documents on your behalf.
5.Submit your visa application
We will submit the documents to a Legal Affair Bureau on your behalf.
(You will be required to pay a deposit at this point.)
6.Approved
Once your visa is approved, you will be required to pay the rest of the service fee.
